Acrylic nails
Acrylic nails are artificial nails created with a mixture of a powder (polymer) and a liquid (monomer). When these two components are combined, a mouldable substance is created that is applied to the natural nail or to a nail shape. This mixture hardens in air and forms a hard, durable layer.
Acrylic nails can be used to lengthen, strengthen the natural nail or create a smooth surface for nail art and polish. They are ideal for people who want to give their nails an elegant and groomed look, or for those who have naturally weaker or brittle nails.
Acrygel nails
Acrygel, also known as polygel, is a hybrid nail product developed specifically to combine the benefits of acrylic and gel nails. The material is a paste-like substance that is thicker than traditional gel but lighter and more flexible than acrylic. It is applied to the natural nail or to an extension and cured under an LED or UV lamp.
BIAB (Builder In a Bottle) / Gel polish strenthener.
Gel polish with reinforcement is a popular nail treatment that offers a combination of a thin gel layer, topped with an extra layer of gel that offers reinforcement to the nail and a beautiful even shine as a result. It is applied like regular nail polish but has to be cured under a UV or LED lamp that stays beautiful for up to three weeks.
