Please arrive at the scheduled appointment time; at most, 5 minutes early or 5 minutes late!

If any delay occurs, it’ll be notified in advance. Likewise, if the service is completed ahead of schedule, you will be informed so you may move your appointment up if you wish.

A 50% fee will be charged if;

You DON’T cancel at least 24 hours in advance.

A 100% fee will be charged if;

You arrive 15 minutes late, the appointment will be automatically CANCELED. If you arrive at the destination outside of your scheduled appointment time, unfortunately, we won’t be able to provide the service, and rescheduling will be required. Due to high demand, even a 15-minute delay can impact our work and compromise the quality of service provided to other clients.

NO SHOW

Same-day cancellations or absence without prior notice.

Warranty

During the first 5 days after the service, any nail repair due to damage will be performed at no additional cost. After this period, the corresponding repair service fee will apply.
